Working Well Together Matters.

That’s why I designed the Choir Collaboration workshop; to help make those important relationships between your individuals and between your teams stronger, more productive and more beneficial to your business.

This workshop is all about working together, understanding and embracing differences to create harmony and alignment in music and in working relationships. We’ll reflect the real challenges and dynamics that your teams face on a daily basis before your teams perform their masterpiece together.

What if they get nervous about singing in front of their colleagues?

I always ensure that I will work quickly to build confidence in your team to let go and sing out. My initial warm ups and icebreakers are aimed to get everyone singing together right from the start.

We’ve got a team member with a medical condition that may impact their ability to take part. Can we still include them?

There will be elements of small movement in our singing session but if any of your team have limited movement, they're always welcome to still take part to a level they, and you, are comfortable with.

What about people with respiratory conditions?

Singing is a health-promoting experience for participants with respiratory conditions, and there's lots of scientific evidence around the benefits of singing in music therapy. For more information, you can visit the British Lung foundation.
